Ted Lieu (D-CA) asked Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem about the detainment of 5-year-old Liam Ramos during her testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. “Did Liam commit a crime?” Lieu asked Noem, who replied, “He did not commit a crime.
